WHAT IS A ROMANCE PLANNER?

A romance planner creates the romantic ambiance for your event. Think of me as a wedding planner, but for your special occasion.

WHY SHOULD I HIRE A ROMANCE PLANNER?

I believe you should focus on spending quality time with your spouse, not stressing over what to do and how to do it. My goal is to eliminate that stress and save you time by planning your romantic date, getaway, or gift. My specialty is romance. I love making sure it is infused in everything I do.

WHAT IS THE PROCESS OF HIRING YOU TO PLAN MY ROMANTIC EVENT?

    • First, complete the SOS Contact Form.

    • Next, you will receive a link to complete a questionnaire. On the questionnaire, you'll provide the logistics of your date, suite experience, or travel plans.

    • Once the questionnaire is complete, you will schedule your consultation call. The goal of this call is to discuss what your needs are and how I can best assist you. I want to make to make sure I get a crystal clear picture of what you want to accomplish.

    • Next, you will receive an invoice to make the Non-Refundable Good Faith deposit (50% of services) along with the SOS Terms & Conditions. (Please note, full payment is required for services to be executed within 7 calendar days.) 

    • For planning services, once the deposit is made, I take the information you provide and create your experience. Within 3-5 business days, you will receive an email to pay the remaining balance.

    • After the invoice is paid in full, your plan options will be emailed to you.   

    • You decide on a plan, I execute your plans!
      (Please note, the investment fee does not include the cost of activities i.e. dinner, flowers, musicians, etc...)

    • For suite experiences, the Hotel or In-Home Waiver will be emailed. Once the waiver is completed and the deposit (or full payment) is made, your date will be secured to render services.

HOW WILL I BE CHARGED FOR PLANNING SERVICES?

A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to begin the planning process. Once the plans are curated, you will receive an invoice for the balance of services. The invoice balance must be paid prior to the release of your itinerary suggestions. 

If services are requested within 7 calendar days of execution, the deposit will be void and services must be paid in full prior to starting the planning process. There will also be an additional 25% fee attached to services requested within 7 calendar days.

Please Note: Vendor costs for dates are not included. Examples include dinner costs, accommodations, tickets, flowers, musicians, etc.. Your fee is strictly for planning services only.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I CANCEL?

I understand that things happen. My policy does not allow for refunds, however, you can reschedule services within 180 calendar days. Services can be rescheduled one time before an additional 50% penalty fee is assessed.

 

Keep in mind vendors have their own policies which may affect the amount returned.

CAN YOU PLAN ROMANTIC ADVENTURES NATIONALLY?

Yes. While SOS Romance Planning Service is based in Charlotte, North Carolina, we can provide planning services for clients throughout the United States for an additional charge.

IS MY PRIVACY PROTECTED?

Yes. SOS Romance Planning Service protects the privacy of all our clients. Personal and financial information is never released to outside vendors for marketing purposes. I only make authorized deposits for bookings as outlined in your romantic adventure plan.
